"KuWohl - Art and Wellbeing in the spirit of inclusion"

This is a two-year, multidisciplinary project organised by Artemisia, which offers workshops in various neighbourhoods. Through dance, music, movement and the visual arts, it promotes wellbeing, inclusion and social interaction, creating spaces where people of different ages and abilities can come together. The name reflects the connection between ‘Art’ and ‘Wellbeing’.

The project, held in German, English and Italian, involves people with and without disabilities and those from migrant backgrounds, promoting social cohesion, mutual respect and the celebration of differences, thanks to the inclusive approaches adopted by the facilitators and assistants. The activities, hosted in various neighbourhoods and partner venues, help to create a network of inclusion.

"Esplorazioni: scoprirsi in movimento "

This group therapy, led together with the Psychotherapist Caterina Nicolosi, presents the principles of dance movement therapy, psychotherapy and psychodrama. We share the theoretical and practical foundations of the three disciplines, highlighting how dance movement therapy can be used to learn about and explore different aspects of ourselves, known as “ego state” or “inner parts”. This is a closed group therapy and is held in Italian.
