I am a trauma-informed psychological counsellor with a body-oriented approach and a background in dance. As a native Italian speaker, I work in Italian, English, and German.

Alongside my passion for dance and expressive movement, I have always been deeply interested in the human psyche. Over time, I realized that my interest in dance extended beyond its artistic and performative dimensions to include its therapeutic and relational potential. This led me to study Psychology, followed by specialized training in Dance Movement Therapy and, in recent years, trauma-informed approaches.

Since 2021, I have been working as a Dance Movement Therapist in psychiatric and psychosocial settings, supporting people of different ages with diverse mental health, cognitive, and physical support needs. For several years, I have also facilitated movement-based groups for people living with neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Parkinson’s disease. My work focuses on creating safe and inclusive spaces where movement, creativity, and embodied awareness can foster emotional expression, personal growth, and well-being.

Since 2024, I have been co-founder of Il Centro (https://il-centro.berlin/en/), a holistic center established together with two colleagues, where I offer individual and group sessions. For several years, I have also collaborated with the psychotherapist Caterina Nicolosi, facilitating therapeutic groups that integrate Dance Movement Therapy, Psychodrama, and Ego State Therapy.
