For this to be possible, it is essential to achieve a minimum of own <strong>bodily and emotional awareness<\/strong>. The first part, &#8220;Close to Me,&#8221; will therefore focus on this: me and my relationship with myself\/me. How well do I know my body? Where do my daily sensations fit in? How do I handle them?\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will try to answer these and many other questions, using the basic tools of dance movement therapy and expressive movement.
